Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Counselor to oversee branch operations, manage the team, and drive overall business growth.
During the training period, stay and food will be arranged by the company in a PG, with a cost of ₹500 per day, which will be fully refunded on the last day of training after successful completion. After training, the candidate will be placed at our Jalandhar branch for a full-time role and will be required to sign a 2-year service agreement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face client consultations and recommend suitable services/packages.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Handle client queries, objections, and ensure high conversion rates.
Maintain follow-ups with leads and existing clients.
Coordinate with therapists and clinic staff for smooth service delivery.
Maintain client records and daily sales reports.
Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience in Sales / Counselling , preferably in Wellness, Skin Care, or Healthcare industry.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Willing to undergo 10-15 days unpaid training in Chandigarh.
Ready to relocate in Jalandhar after training.
Must be willing to sign a 2-year agreement with the company.
