The Planning Engineer is responsible for scheduling, tracking, and optimizing project timelines from start to finish. They analyze progress, manage resource allocation, and identify risks to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to specification.

Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed Master Project Schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Tracking & Control: Monitor project progress against the baseline, identify critical path delays, and implement recovery plans.

Resource Management: Resource-load schedules to optimize manpower, equipment, and material delivery sequences.

Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports (Gantt charts, S-curves, and KPIs) for management and clients.

Change Management: Document project delays and variations to support extension of time (EOT) claims.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred).

Experience: 2+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or site execution.

Software: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.

Skills: Strong expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk analysis.
