Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, monitor, and manage daily construction activities on-site.
- Ensure execution of work is in strict accordance with approved drawings and blueprints.
- Manage and allocate tasks to site labourers, masons, and sub-contractors.
- Estimate and manage required construction materials to prevent shortage or waste.
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and update management regularly.
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed on-site.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers with strong basic knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Skills: Ability to read architectural drawings, strong site supervision, and laborer management skills.
