- Maintain discipline and order in the gurukulam premises.
- Oversee day-to-day gurukulam activities and ensure student well-being.
- Act as a mentor and guide to students.
- Address student grievances and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the gurukulam.
- Support students in their daily routines and needs
