Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (job posting to onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and follow up with selected candidates
- Stay updated with industry trends and hiring best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter or similar HR role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Ability to assess candidates effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
