We are looking for an active and self-motivated Field Worker to conduct healthcare awareness programs and promote hospital services in assigned communities, villages, and clinics. You will be the face of the hospital on the ground, connecting people to our healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Camp Coordination: Help organize and manage free medical, blood donation, or eye-screening camps in rural and urban areas.
- Community Awareness: Educate local communities about hospital services, specialties, and government health schemes (like Ayushman Bharat).
- Patient Networking: Build networks with local doctors, chemists, and community leaders to refer patients needing specialized care.
- Surveys & Data Collection: Conduct field surveys to identify local health needs and collect patient feedback.
- Reporting: Maintain daily visit records and report field activities to the marketing/hospital management team.
Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (Degrees in Social Work, BSW, or Healthcare Administration are preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, NGO work, or healthcare field operations.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, fluency in the local language, and a friendly personality.
- Travel: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license for daily field travel.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
