About the Role:
We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Product Engineering (R&D) team. The role involves designing and developing new products, improving existing designs, and working closely with manufacturing, testing, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in 3D CAD design (Creo), product development, and mechanical component design.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new products from concept stage to production.
Create 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using Creo.
Design and modify mechanical components based on customer requirements.
Support prototype development, testing, and product validation activities.
Conduct design reviews and implement design improvements.
Prepare feasibility studies and support technical solutions for customer requirements.
Work with production teams for design optimization and manufacturing improvements.
Coordinate with suppliers for component development and technical support.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and product reliability enhancement.
Prepare and maintain engineering documents, drawings, and SOPs.
