Surveyor – Immediate Hiring Company: Instaa Precast India (OPC) Private Limited Job Location: Bangalore & Chennai Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month Job Description Instaa Precast India (OPC) Private Limited is seeking an experienced and dedicated Surveyor for our ongoing projects in Bangalore and Chennai. The selected candidate will be responsible for site surveying, layout marking, measurements, and coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate execution of works. Key Responsibilities Conduct site surveys and layout marking. Operate Total Station, Auto Level, and other surveying instruments. Verify site levels, coordinates, and dimensions. Prepare and maintain survey records and reports. Coordinate with engineers and site teams for smooth project execution. Ensure accuracy in all survey-related activities. Qualifications Candidates possessing any one of the following qualifications are eligible to apply: ITI Surveyor Diploma in Survey Engineering Diploma in Civil Engineering B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Surveyor. Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, or Precast projects is preferred. Required Skills Knowledge of Total Station and Auto Level is mandatory. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Hindi speaking is mandatory. Basic English communication skills preferred. Good coordination and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Precast Construction projects will be an added advantage. Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred. Candidates with Precast Construction experience and AutoCAD knowledge will be given priority.
