Payroll & Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Laws)
Employee Engagement & Performance Management
HR Policies, SOPs & Documentation
HRMS & Employee Records
Team Leadership & Workforce Planning
Eligibility
MBA/PGDM (HR) preferred (MSW/B.Com/B.A. with relevant HR experience also considered)
7–10 years of HR experience, including 4+ years in Manufacturing/Engineering/Warehouse/Logistics/FMCG
Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Labour Laws, HRMS & Advanced Excel
