Job description:
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter / Domestic Recruiter with 2+ Years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the Indian market. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions for IT requirements.

Exp: 2+ Years
Location: Madurai and Chennai - Locals only
NP: Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT requirements (Domestic market).
- Understand client requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets.
- Build a strong pipeline for active and passive candidates.
Required Skills:
- 2+ Years of experience in IT / Domestic recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Experience in using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
