Job Title: Security Officer (Retired Ex-Army Subedar Preferred)
Job Summary
The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets. Preference is given to retired Army Subedars due to their leadership, discipline, and experience in managing security operations and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the security team and assign duties.
Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to security protocols.
Conduct regular patrols and security inspections.
Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and visitor management.
Prevent theft, trespassing, and unauthorized access.
Handle emergency situations, including fire, medical emergencies, and security incidents.
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
Coordinate with local police, fire services, and emergency responders.
Conduct security briefings and train security guards.
Ensure compliance with company security and safety policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Retired Army Subedar/Subedar Major or equivalent from the Armed Forces.
Minimum 10–20 years of military service.
Experience in security management is preferred.
Good physical fitness and leadership skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting).
Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
