About the Role
MMY Realty, a real estate builder firm, is looking for an experienced and energetic Relationship Manager to promote and sell our Builder Floor Projects through direct clients and channel partners.
The candidate will be responsible for regular field visits, meeting and developing relationships with property dealers/channel partners, explaining our projects, generating leads, arranging site visits, and converting prospects into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and meet property dealers, brokers, and channel partners on a daily basis to develop business relationships.
- Explain MMY Realty's builder floor projects, specifications, pricing, location, amenities, and payment plans to channel partners and clients.
- Regularly connect with existing and new channel partners to generate business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of local property dealers and real estate consultants.
- Generate leads through channel partners, references, direct clients, and field activities.
- Coordinate with channel partners for client meetings and property/site visits.
- Accompany channel partners and their clients during site visits whenever required.
- Follow up with channel partners and prospective customers regularly.
- Convert leads into site visits and site visits into successful bookings.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, meetings, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and management team regarding leads, bookings, documentation, and customer requirements.
- Maintain long-term professional relationships with channel partners to ensure repeat business.
- Keep track of competitor projects, market prices, customer requirements, and local real estate trends.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and booking targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in builder/developer sales or channel partner sales will be preferred..
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Must be comfortable with daily field travel and meeting channel partners.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
