Job Purpose: -
We are looking for a data-driven, agile SEO & Generative Search Executive to manage and scale our organic digital footprint. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional search visibility and modern Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). You will be responsible for ensuring our brand, products, and clients are not only ranking on Google's legacy SERPs but are also actively cited as top answers within Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, and Apple Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities: -
- On-Page & AEO: Conduct semantic keyword research and intent clustering to optimize content for both traditional user queries and conversational AI search engines (Google AIO, Perplexity).
- Off-Page & Brand Authority: Analyze competitor link profiles, monitor digital brand mentions, and execute high-authority backlink strategies to build entity trust across discovery platforms.
- Technical SEO & Schema: Implement advanced JSON-LD Schema markup and collaborate with developers to optimize Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and indexability.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track organic traffic performance using GA4 and Google Search Console, monitoring traditional clicks alongside modern AI search visibility metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Core Functional Skills
- On-Page & AEO Skills: Proficient in entity-based keyword clustering, semantic content mapping, and matching conversational search intent.
- Off-Page & Authority Skills: Proven experience in executing data-driven link acquisition campaigns, competitor footprint analysis, and digital PR outreach.
- Technical SEO Skills: Strong hands-on experience deploying advanced JSON-LD Schema markup, auditing Core Web Vitals, and debugging crawler issues alongside developers.
- Analytics & Tooling Skills: Mastery of Google Search Console, GA4, and industry suites (Ahrefs/SEMrush) to track traditional organic KPIs and measure AI search visibility.
Technical & Conceptual Qualifications
- Core SEO Tooling: 1+ years of hands-on experience using web analytics toolsets: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or SEMrush.
- AI & Automation Literacy: Intermediate familiarity with AI tools utilized for content semantic audits, clustering, or optimization footprint analysis.
- Algorithm Fluency: Strong operational understanding of Google’s modern core quality systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models, and vector-based search behavior.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic ability to read and understand HTML/JSON-LD data structures; experience working alongside web developers is a heavy advantage.
- Adaptability: High capability to independently research, test, and pivot strategies alongside rapid engine algorithm shifts.
