Job Title: Business Development Lead – ERP Software (B2B)
Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Lead to drive B2B sales and expand our client base for ERP software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals across industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities for ERP software solutions
* Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels
* Conduct product presentations and demos tailored to client requirements
* Understand client business processes and recommend suitable ERP solutions
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Collaborate with the technical and implementation team for smooth onboarding
* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
* Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
* 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably ERP/Software/SaaS)
* Strong understanding of ERP systems (Finance, HR, Inventory, CRM, etc.)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Ability to handle enterprise clients and complex sales cycles
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
