- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure CNC and conventional machines undergo routine maintenance and repair.
- Process Optimization: Implement Lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and reduce conversion costs.
- Safety Compliance: Monitor the shop floor to enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety policies.
