Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain client records and update sales activities.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with clients and handling business discussions.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
