- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC / IRM solutions including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules.
- Configure and customize risk and control frameworks, including risk identification, assessment, scoring, and mitigation workflows.
- Implement and manage Policy and Compliance Management, ensuring policies are defined, enforced, and audited effectively.
- Develop and maintain Issue Management and Exception Management processes.
- Configure Audit Management workflows including audit planning, execution, findings, and reporting.
- Implement and manage Vendor Risk Management (VRM) processes including assessments and continuous monitoring.
- Develop business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (security tools, regulatory systems, third-party risk platforms) using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to track risk posture and compliance status.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IRM solutions.
- Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
