- You are a "MacGyver": If we need a professional-looking marketing video but have zero budget, you know which free AI tools or apps to use to make it happen.
- You are Tech-Fluent: You live on your phone and laptop. You know your way around Canva, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and social media trends.
- You are a "Fixer": When a problem arises, you don’t ask "What should I do?" You say "Here is how I fixed it."
- You are Energetic: You bring high intensity to every task, whether it's filing a government form or scouting a location.
- You are Local: You know Thuckalay and the surrounding area like the back of your hand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Budget Hacking: Finding the best, most cost-effective ways to get things done (from printing to software).
- Digital Presence: Setting up and managing our "Born to Win" brand across social platforms.
- Admin & Compliance: Keeping the paperwork organized so the engine keeps running.
- Research: Deep-diving into new business ideas and presenting the "how-to" to the founder.
- Execution: Taking a raw idea and turning it into a finished product by the end of the day.
Qualifications
- Degree? Doesn't matter. Your energy and portfolio of work (even personal projects) do.
- Experience? If you’ve sold things online, organized local events, or managed a busy shop, you’re ahead of the curve.
- Languages: Fluent Tamil and functional English.
