Responsibilities :-
1. Child-Centered Pedagogy
- Foster curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking through interactive, play-based, and activity-oriented learning experiences.
- Ensure inclusive practices catering to diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Promote socio-emotional well-being, empathy, and positive classroom relationships.
2. Curriculum Planning & Delivery
- Deliver engaging, structured, and concept-driven lessons using the school-provided teaching content (lesson plans, worksheets, PPTs, and answer keys).
- Ensure lesson delivery aligns with CBSE learning outcomes and grade-level competencies.
- Integrate experiential learning through art, music, storytelling, movement, and digital tools.
- Reinforce foundational literacy, numeracy, and environmental awareness.
- Encourage inquiry-based projects and interdisciplinary connections.
3. Assessment & Documentation
- Conduct formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress.
- Maintain accurate academic records, student portfolios, and progress reports as per CBSE requirements.
- Share constructive feedback with parents and support home learning where appropriate.
4. Classroom Environment
- Create a safe, joyful, and engaging classroom that fosters respect, collaboration, and independent thinking.
- Maintain hygiene, organization, and safety standards within the classroom.
- Use visual displays, learning corners, and student work to enrich the environment.
5. Parent & Community Engagement
- Build strong partnerships with parents through regular communication and PTMs.
- Encourage parental involvement in learning activities and school programs.
- Promote awareness of holistic education aligned with NEP 2020 goals.
6. Professional Development
- Participate in CBSE-mandated and school-led training programs.
- Stay updated with new pedagogical trends, learning technologies, and classroom management practices.
- Contribute to collaborative lesson planning and peer learning initiatives.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of child development and learning pedagogy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English, Marathi and Hindi.
Ability to integrate experiential, digital, and inquiry-based learning approaches.

Qualifications and Eligibility:
Essential Qualification:
Graduation in the relevant subject or specialization with a minimum of 60% marks.
D.Ed./D.El.Ed. or B.Ed. (as per CBSE requirements).
CTET/TET qualification (Paper I or II, as applicable) is preferred for Grades 1–8.
Preferred Qualification:
Master’s degree or additional certification in Education, Child Development, or Learning Pedagogy.
Completion of CBSE-recognized teacher training modules.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience in a CBSE or recognized school preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching may also apply.
