We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our real estate and construction team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, promoting residential/commercial projects, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for real estate sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and networking
- Promote residential and commercial projects to potential clients
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign activities
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Assist clients with property selection, pricing, and documentation process
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
