Role Purpose:
To act as the single commercial coordination point for customers, Sales, and Service teams from PO receipt to final payment closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as SPOC for customers, Sales, and Service teams for commercial order execution
- Coordinate PO management, advance payments, LC, BG, SD, PBG, and customer-specific requirements
- Track shipments, delivery documentation, duty exemptions, and duty payment requirements
- Create and coordinate commercial invoices and delivery challan requests
- Follow up on final payment closures along with installation reports and customer sign-offs
- Share daily/monthly MIS, pending status reports, and issue closure updates
