Job Title: SEO Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented SEO Executive with 2–3 years of experience to help improve our clients' and brands' organic search visibility and website performance.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in search engine optimization, keyword research, content optimization, technical website analysis, and performance reporting. You should be comfortable working with content, development, and marketing teams to implement effective SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, website traffic, and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website pages, content, metadata, headings, internal links, and other on-page elements.
- Perform regular website and technical SEO audits and work with relevant teams to resolve issues affecting website performance and search visibility.
- Monitor website crawling, indexing, redirects, sitemaps, and other important technical SEO elements.
- Identify content opportunities and provide recommendations to improve content relevance, quality, and search performance.
- Support content strategies based on audience needs, search trends, and business objectives.
- Stay updated with changes in search technology, including AI-driven and answer-based search experiences, and apply relevant optimization practices where appropriate.
- Track and analyse SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of On-Page and Technical SEO.
- Knowledge of keyword research, search intent, content optimization, and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with website crawling, indexing, site structure, and internal linking.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of off-page SEO and link-building practices.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with different teams.
Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Experience -
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with on-page optimization, technical SEO, content optimization, and SEO reporting.
- Experience working with websites and analysing organic search performance.
