Job Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our growing team at Qmex Digital Marketing. The candidate will handle quality leads provided by the company, communicate with potential clients, explain our digital marketing services, and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with allocated quality leads daily
- Explain company services clearly to potential clients
- Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital marketing solutions
- Convert fresh leads into successful projects and long-term clients
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for project discussions
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and client responses
- Achieve monthly conversion and sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide timely responses
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
