We are hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Associate for our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer interactions, site visit coordination, and supporting property sales activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through calls, social media, references, and field activities Explain project details and pricing to customers Schedule and coordinate site visits Follow up with interested clients and maintain customer relationships Achieve monthly sales and booking targets Work closely with the sales and marketing team Maintain daily reports and customer database
Requirements:
Any degree with good communication skills Experience in real estate sales/business development with strong communication can also apply Must be confident in client handling and negotiations Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media
