Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and provide project information. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. Schedule and coordinate site visits. Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly. Follow up with prospects and ensure continuous engagement. Coordinate with the sales team to support conversions. Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil. Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills. Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities. Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Preferred Qualification & Experience • Any Graduate. • Prior experience in Real Estate Presales will be an added advantage. • Candidates with strong communication skills and the right attitude may also be considered.
