Job Summary
PM Publishers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Editor with excellent English language skills to join our editorial team. The ideal candidate should possess strong editing, proofreading, and content review abilities. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience are preferred; however, enthusiastic fresh graduates with excellent language proficiency are also encouraged to apply. Familiarity with AI tools for content enhancement and productivity is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit, proofread, and review manuscripts and educational content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- Ensure content adheres to editorial guidelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with authors, subject matter experts, and internal teams during the editorial process.
- Verify facts, references, formatting, and language quality.
- Utilize AI tools to improve editing efficiency, content quality, and workflow.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high editorial standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and writing.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Good attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, Microsoft Copilot, or similar productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of editorial experience preferred.
