We are looking for a motivated Engineer Trainee to join our Solar AMS team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing solar power plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of distributed solar power plants using SCADA and remote monitoring platforms.
- Analyze daily generation data and identify underperforming systems, inverter faults, or other performance issues.
- Create maintenance tickets and coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Track maintenance activities and follow up until issues are resolved.
- Prepare and explain performance reports to customers while providing regular updates on maintenance activities.
- Support the sales team by providing technical assistance during customer discussions and presentations.
- Participate in company events, technical workshops, and industry exhibitions as a representative of the engineering team.
- Continuously learn industry best practices and contribute to improving asset performance.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of solar PV systems and electrical fundamentals.
- Familiarity with SCADA or remote monitoring systems is an advantage.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative team environment.
