- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across S2P, LSD, and WSD modules.
- Configure and customize Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes including procurement workflows, vendor management, requisitions, approvals, and invoice tracking.
- Develop and enhance Legal Service Delivery (LSD) solutions including legal request intake, matter management, contract lifecycle management, and legal workflows.
- Configure Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) applications including workplace requests, reservation systems, visitor management, space management, and facility services.
- Build and maintain end-to-end workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems such as ERP (SAP/Oracle), procurement platforms, contract management tools, and facility systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement and customize Service Portal / Employee Center / Workplace portals to improve user experience.
- Develop automation and orchestration workflows to streamline procurement, legal, and workplace processes.
- Build reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to track KPIs such as procurement efficiency, legal turnaround time, and workplace service utilization.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance across all modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Procurement, Legal, Workplace teams) to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously enhance platform capabilities.
