As a Business Analyst, you will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the management team.
Your primary responsibilities will include performing detailed requirements analysis, understanding and documenting business processes, preparing functional specifications, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will also review existing business processes and recommend solutions and optimization strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
You will work closely with clients, conduct meetings and presentations, gather and analyse business requirements, and translate them into clear functional requirements for the development team. You will act as a critical link between the client and the technical team, ensuring that the proposed solution addresses the business need and is successfully implemented as per the project plan.
A key part of this role is the ability to go beyond documenting client requirements and actively contribute towards designing effective software solutions.
The candidate must be proficient in the practical use of AI tools and should be able to leverage AI throughout the business analysis and solution-design process. This includes using AI to explore solution approaches, create application mock-ups and prototypes, suggest workflows and system designs, analyse requirements, identify gaps and alternative approaches, and improve the overall quality of the proposed solution.
AI proficiency should extend beyond using AI for documentation, content creation or meeting summaries. We are looking for candidates who can use AI as a practical tool for analysis, ideation, prototyping and solution design.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.
- Experience in software design documentation and requirement specifications.

- Experience in conducting client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions and presentations.
- Ability to create clear process flows, workflows, functional specifications and system documentation.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for business analysis and solution design.
- Ability to use AI tools to create mock-ups, prototypes, workflows and conceptual system designs.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated suggestions critically and adapt them to actual business and technical requirements.
- Ability to explain complex concepts and proposed solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: From ₹900,000.00 per year
