We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive (SBDE) to drive business growth, generate leads, acquire new clients, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, business development, IT services sales, or software solutions sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and qualify potential customers.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for client requirements.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Represent MIT at business events and networking activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in IT Services, Software Sales, or Technology Solutions preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
