We’re Hiring: Architectural 3D Modeller / AutoCAD Specialist

Labelvera Private Limited is looking for a technically strong, detail-oriented, and highly accurate Architectural Drafter / AutoCAD Specialist to support our property measurement and real estate projects.
This role is primarily focused on producing accurate 2D architectural drawings from point cloud data, with additional opportunities to contribute to architectural drawings for redevelopment and permit-related projects.
Key Responsibilities1. NEN 2580 / Rental Measurement Reports — Primary Responsibility
This will form the majority of the role.
Our team will carry out property scans using our own scanning application and provide the resulting point cloud data. Your main responsibility will be to convert this data into accurate, professional 2D floor plans.
The completed floor plans and property information will then be processed in our internal software to generate:
- NEN 2580 Measurement Reports
- Rental Measurement Reports (Verhuurmeetrapporten)
Previous experience with NEN 2580 standards or Dutch rental measurement regulations is not required. Full training will be provided on our software, standards, and internal workflow.
2. Architectural Drawings / Permit Applications — Additional Responsibility
From time to time, you will also support architectural drafting for our own real estate projects.
This may include:
- Converting point cloud data from existing buildings into accurate floor plans, elevations, and sections
- Preparing drawings for proposed redevelopment projects, such as converting commercial or other existing buildings into residential apartments
- Developing professional DWG drawings from sketches, concept layouts, or preliminary designs
- Preparing architectural drawings that can later be reviewed and finalized in the Netherlands for building permit applications
Our objective is to complete as much of the technical and preparatory drafting work as possible internally before the drawings are submitted for final review.
Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has excellent AutoCAD skills
- Has strong experience in professional 2D architectural drafting
- Is highly accurate, detail-oriented, and consistent in technical work
- Can efficiently convert point cloud data into precise floor plans
- Understands architectural drawings, dimensions, layouts, elevations, and sections
- Can work independently from scan data, sketches, and concept layouts
- Is comfortable learning new software, standards, and internal procedures
- Has good written and verbal English communication skills
- Can manage tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Preferred / Additional Skills
Experience with any of the following will be considered an advantage:
- Autodesk Revit
- Autodesk ReCap Pro
- Point cloud workflows
- 3D modelling
- Twinmotion
- Architectural visualization and rendering
- AI-assisted tools for architectural drafting, 3D modelling, visualization, or workflow automation
Experience in 3D modelling and visualization is valuable, particularly for quickly presenting proposed designs, but 2D architectural drafting and AutoCAD expertise remain the main priorities for this position.
Important
Experience with 3D scanning itself is not required, as all property scanning will be handled internally by our team.
The ideal candidate is someone who is technically capable, efficient, dependable, and exceptionally accurate, with strong AutoCAD skills and the ability to transform point cloud data into professional architectural floor plans.
