Job Purpose
To provide day-to-day support for the smooth functioning of the office by assisting employees and management with office maintenance, pantry services, documentation, courier handling, banking and other routine administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Maintenance
- Ensure the office, reception, meeting rooms pantry and washrooms are kept clean and organized
- Ensure drinking water is available at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, common areas and office equipment.
- Report any electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning or other maintenance issues to the concerned person.
- Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance staff when required.
2. Pantry & Hospitality
- Serve tea, coffee and water to management, employees and visitors.
- Arrange refreshments for meetings and visitors.
- Maintain adequate stock of tea, coffee, sugar, water and other pantry requirements.
- Keep the pantry clean and hygienic.
3. Courier & Documentation
- Receive and dispatch courier parcels and documents.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing couriers.
- Distribute documents, files and correspondence to the relevant employees.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, binding and filing of documents.
- Collect and deliver documents to clients, suppliers and other offices when required.
4. Outdoor / Banking Work
- Visit banks, post offices, courier companies and other locations for official work.
- Deposit cheques and collect documents as instructed.
- Purchase stationery, office supplies and other items required by the office.
- Undertake other authorized outdoor errands.
5. Office Supplies & Inventory
- Monitor stationery, pantry and other commonly used office supplies.
- Inform the Admin/Office Manager when stocks are running low.
- Assist in maintaining basic records of office supplies.
- Ensure office materials are properly stored.
6. Support to Employees & Management
- Assist management and staff with routine office-related requirements.
- Arrange meeting rooms and refreshments before meetings.
- Assist with shifting or rearranging office furniture and materials when required.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
- Minimum 10th Pass; 12th Pass preferred.
- Basic ability to read and write English/Hindi/Regional language.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in an office boy, office assistant, peon or similar role preferred.
- Freshers with the right attitude may also be considered.

Additional Requirement
- Candidate should be comfortable travelling locally for banking, courier and other official errands.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Occasional additional hours may be required depending on business requirements.

- Office maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
- Timely completion of courier, banking and outdoor assignments.
- Proper handling of company documents and materials.
- Adequate availability of pantry and office supplies.
- Punctuality and attendance.
- Professional and courteous behaviour with employees, visitors, clients and vendors.
Salary
Between 15,000 to 20,000, depending on experience and suitability.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
