- Provide frontline customer support, responding to inquiries, assisting with loan applications, and resolving minor queries and issues.
- Assist in the collection of necessary documentation for loan applications, account opening, and other customer services, ensuring compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) norms.
- Assist in processing loan applications, reviewing the documentation, and verifying the accuracy of details provided by customers.
- Assist in the disbursement process of loans ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Achieve branch-specific targets for Products.
