Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Training Manager to train and develop new Business Development Executives, Sales Representatives, and Telecallers. The role involves delivering onboarding, product, and sales training to ensure employees are equipped to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
Train employees on company products, sales processes, and business development techniques.
Conduct role-plays, assessments, and product demonstrations.
Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching.
Identify skill gaps and conduct refresher training.
Maintain training records and coordinate with HR and Sales teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
Experience
2–5 years in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Training.
Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
Good knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
