Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, and handle sensitive correspondence.
- Document Management: Assist with the preparation of financial reports, client presentations, and compliance filings.
- Operational Flow: Maintain office supplies, oversee vendor relations, and manage digital filing systems.
- Client Relations: Greet investors and handle inquiries with extreme discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel).
- Multitasking ability.
- Strong communication skills and a "client-first" mindset.
Pay: From ₹6,000.00 per month
