Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process Optimization: Defining, refining, and automating sales workflows to improve conversion rates.
- Data Management & Analytics: Maintaining CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), generating reports, and tracking KPIs.
- Strategic Planning: Managing territory, quota allocation, and forecasting future revenue.
- Technology & Tools Management: Implementing and managing sales tech, ensuring system compliance.
- Performance & Compensation: Designing incentive programs, tracking performance, and calculating commissions.
