Job Description
Responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids for machinery supply projects, and coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate tender submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and evaluate machinery-related tenders from government and private portals
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, specifications, and pricing
- Ensure compliance with tender terms and documentation requirements
- Submit tenders within deadlines and track bid status
- Maintain records of tenders, contracts, and client communications
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (technical background preferred)
- Experience in tendering/procurement in machinery or industrial products
- Knowledge of e-tender portals and documentation process
- Good communication, MS Office, and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and deadline management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
