Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive leader to step into the role of Cluster Lead. If you are someone who takes complete ownership, thrives on solving operational puzzles, and loves mentoring teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience, this role is for you. As a Cluster Lead, you won't just oversee clinics, you will actively guide our Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs), maintain smooth daily operations, and ensure our standards of care remain top-notch.
What You'll Do
1. Cluster Operations & On-Site Audits
- Supervise Clinic Operations: Oversee 3 to 4 allotted clinics in your cluster to ensure daily clinical and front-desk workflows run seamlessly.
- Infrastructure Audits: Regularly visit assigned clinics to audit facility conditions, infrastructure standards, and physical presentation.
- Cash & Inventory Control: Conduct daily audits of cash managed by PCCs and verify medicine inventory counts for complete operational transparency.
2. Team Leadership & PCC Mentorship
- Daily Standups & Support: Lead regular daily standups with your team of PCCs to set priorities, clear bottlenecks, and align on daily goals.
- Performance Management: Track, maintain, and analyze performance dashboards for PCCs reporting to you.
- Targeted Action Plans: Identify skill or process gaps in PCC performance and create actionable improvement plans to help your team grow.
3. Analytics, Escalations & Reporting
- Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze daily business metrics across your cluster to ensure clinics meet operational and efficiency benchmarks.
- Structured Planning: Prepare and execute calendar-driven daily/weekly action items to streamline multi-clinic management.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Take immediate ownership of operational or patient escalations flagged by Senior Managers, perform thorough RCAs, and implement swift corrective actions.
- Executive Reporting: Act as the direct bridge between clinic grounds and leadership by submitting detailed cluster updates, audit findings, and metric reports to the Senior Manager.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, Hindi, and Kannada (locals or candidates well-versed in local languages preferred).
- Leadership Experience: Prior experience in clinic operations, retail operations, hospitality management, or team leadership.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with performance dashboards, metrics, basic spreadsheets, and audit processes.
- Ownership & Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to troubleshooting, with strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
- Commute Readiness: Willingness to travel daily between designated clinics in your Bengaluru cluster.

- Job Type: Full-Time, On-site (Multi-location travel within Bengaluru)
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Work Days: 6 days a week (including Saturday & Sunday)
- Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
