Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales, Operations & Marketing Head to lead the organization's business growth initiatives, operational excellence, and marketing strategies. The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue generation, managing sales and marketing teams, overseeing lead management processes, ensuring effective utilization of CRM systems, developing training programs, and delivering strategic business reports to senior management.
The role requires strong leadership capabilities, business acumen, process management skills, and the ability to build high-performing teams while achieving organizational growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Drive revenue growth through effective lead conversion and customer acquisition.
- Monitor sales performance and establish action plans for target achievement.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Develop sales forecasting and pipeline management processes.
2. Lead Management
- Establish and manage an efficient lead management system.
- Monitor lead generation, qualification, allocation, nurturing, and conversion activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads by the sales team.
- Analyze lead conversion ratios and implement improvement strategies.
- Optimize customer acquisition cost and sales cycle timelines.
3. Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Set individual and team KPIs and monitor performance regularly.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Ensure proper workforce planning and team development.
4. CRM Management
- Ensure effective implementation and utilization of CRM software across departments.
- Monitor data accuracy, customer records, sales pipelines, and reporting dashboards.
- Develop CRM-based processes to improve productivity and customer experience.
- Generate insights from CRM data for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with technology teams for CRM enhancements and automation.
5. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, branding, and lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build brand awareness and market positioning strategies.
6. Operations Management
- Develop operational processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and operational teams.
- Monitor process compliance and service delivery standards.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
7. Training & Development
- Design and implement training programs for sales and marketing teams.
- Conduct onboarding and product training sessions.
- Develop sales scripts, process manuals, and training materials.
- Assess training effectiveness and identify skill enhancement opportunities.
- Create leadership development initiatives for team members.
Educational QualificationMandatory
- MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations.
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in lead management, team handling, CRM systems, and business reporting.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and achieving revenue targets.

The Sales, Operations & Marketing Head will have authority to:
- Manage departmental teams and resources.
- Recommend hiring, performance improvement, and disciplinary actions.
- Approve lead allocation and operational workflows.
- Recommend marketing budgets and business development initiatives.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior management.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
