Role Overview
The Assistant Content Manager is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across digital platforms. This role ensures that all content aligns with brand guidelines, engages the target audience, and supports business objectives such as traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and manage content calendars across channels (website, blog, social, email)
- Identify content opportunities based on trends, audience insights, and performance Data
2. Content Creation & Management
- The creation of high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content.
- Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy across platforms.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms.
3. SEO & Performance Optimization
- Implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and search rankings.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools.
- Optimize content based on engagement metrics and user behaviour.
4. Campaign & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns and launches.
- Create content for promotions, ads, and email marketing.
- Ensure content aligns with broader marketing strategies.
5. Content Operations & Governance
- Manage content workflows, approvals, and publishing schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery and updates of content.
- Maintain documentation and content guidelines.
6. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure alignment with marketing plans.
- Provide feedback and direction to writers and contributors.
- Align content with product, brand, and business teams.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years proven work experience as a Copywriter, Creative Copywriter, or similar role (luxury, lifestyle, or design fields preferred).
- Strong editing, writing and storytelling skills with a refined brand sensibility
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical mind-set with attention to details.
Pay: ₹30,000.56 - ₹70,000.68 per month
