- Operate dairy processing equipment such as pasteurizer, homogenizer, separator, and packing machines
- Handle milk production, filling, and packaging operations
- Follow production plans and supervisor instructions
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Perform cleaning and sanitation (CIP / COP)
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and process parameters
- Record production details and report abnormalities
Requirements:
- Experience in dairy / food production preferred
- ITI / Diploma / Any Degree (preferred but not mandatory)
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
