Position: Research Analyst – Civil

Salary Range: ₹2.8 LPA – ₹3 LPA (All Inclusive)

Key Responsibilities:
* Collect, verify, and organize real estate and infrastructure-related data from multiple sources
* Analyze and interpret datasets to generate meaningful insights
* Work on structured and unstructured data processing tasks
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and research summaries
* Support internal teams with research and analytical requirements
* Contribute towards innovative data intelligence solutions for Indian real estate markets
Required Skills:
* Strong research and analytical skills
* Good Microsoft Excel knowledge (mandatory)
* Data interpretation and reporting capability
* Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage timelines efficiently
* Basic understanding of construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects would be an added advantage
Eligibility:
* B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
* Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year experience can apply
