The ideal candidate should have experience developing scalable internal platforms, intelligent workflow automation, and productivity-focused engineering solutions with a strategic and problem-solving mindset.
This role focuses on designing and developing modern automation systems, AI-assisted developer tooling, and RAG-based solutions to improve engineering efficiency and operational scalability.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-driven automation tools and internal engineering platforms using C# and .NET Core

Build intelligent workflow automation and developer productivity solutions

Develop and integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based solutions and AI-powered engineering utilities

Create scalable backend services, tooling frameworks, and automation systems

Collaborate with DevOps, platform, and engineering teams to improve development workflows and operational efficiency

Build reusable components and frameworks for scalable automation and process optimization

Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements and automation

Troubleshoot and enhance tooling performance, integrations, and engineering workflows
