Job Description:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives for the SBI Banking Process. The role involves handling customer queries and providing support related to banking products and services through phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend inbound customer calls and respond professionally.
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries, balance checks, transaction details, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about banking products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update system details accurately.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company guidelines, compliance standards, and data confidentiality requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Good communication skills in English and regional language.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
