Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage online marketplaces and websites (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, company website, etc.)
- Upload and update product listings
- Create product descriptions, pricing, and SKU details
- Monitor inventory and stock availability
- Process orders and coordinate dispatch/shipping
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Run promotional campaigns and discounts
- Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and customer support teams
- Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
- Improve product visibility and sales performance
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Good communication skills
- Data analysis and reporting
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP or marketplace seller panels is helpful

- Check orders, cancellations, returns, and inventory status
