Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager
To drive sales growth, market share, and distribution expansion for OTC products across Hubli, Belgaum, Bellary, and Sirsi by effectively managing distributors, retailers, chemists, wholesalers, and field execution activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Increase market share and brand visibility.
- Drive secondary sales through distributors and retail channels.
- Ensure availability and visibility of OTC brands.
- Manage distributors, inventory, orders, and collections.
- Build relationships with chemists, pharmacies, and wholesalers.
- Expand outlet coverage and customer base.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Submit sales reports and maintain compliance.

Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
Experience: 3–8 years in OTC, FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Pharma OTC, Personal Care, or Nutraceutical sales.
