Job Overview:
The Digital Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling company products through digital channels, including e-commerce platforms, social media, and other online marketplaces. The role involves engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. The Digital Sales Associate will also work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize product listings and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive online sales through digital platforms such as e-commerce sites, social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), and company websites.
Respond to customer inquiries via digital channels (email, social media, live chat) in a timely and professional manner.
Process online orders and coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Proven experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of online sales channels, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
