About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team, achieving revenue targets, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive business growth.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

- Experience managing a sales team.
