Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the overall operations of the FTO.
- Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations and requirements.
- Handle legal and regulatory compliance related to the FTO.
- Coordinate with DGCA and ensure timely compliance with applicable requirements.
- Maintain effective operational and safety standards across the organisation.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a flying school/FTO.
- Should have a valid background as a QFI/NCC.
- Strong knowledge of DGCA regulations, FTO operations, and compliance requirements.
- Good leadership, coordination, and management skills.
