Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Management: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and marketing channels, maintaining a robust pipeline.
- Property Viewings: Conduct on-site inspections, showcasing property features, amenities, and location advantages to prospective buyers.
- Sales Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts, ensuring profitable deals and smooth transactions for both the company and the client.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, competitors, and property valuations.
- Customer Service: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering professional advice and personalized service.
- Documentation: Assist with the preparation of sales agreements, compliance documents, and necessary legal paperwork. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or similar target-driven sales roles.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for negotiation and client interaction.
- Target-Driven: Highly motivated to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred.
Pay: ₹13,557.49 - ₹55,585.06 per month
